Liang, not been playing badly at all of late and has some good location form which could well prove the difference is this match-up. His recent finishes in Korea have been 12-2-9-7 and that prompts thi play.  loss 0.75pts

Both Kapur's form in this country and his current form are a bit hit and miss at present. He can play the odd tournament well but more than often disappoints.
