HaoTong Li - 2 points e/way 33-1 Ladbrokes 1/5 12345
Somebody is going to go low this weekend depsite the expected wind and the likeable 22-year-old is certainly the type to sping from the pack under most conditions at a favoured course. A multiple winner on the PGA Tour China, he first came to notice when an invite and eventual runner-up to Aphibarnrat at the Shenzhen International in 2015 and followed that up with a 6th in this event at Shanghai Pudong, having held the joint lead into Sunday. He again had a chance at the end-of-season HSBC Champions before finishing joint-7th with Speith, Fitzpatrick and Reed. That was clearly the sign of things to come and he won round here a year later, improving from 9th at halfway with rounds of 66/64, before a strong defence last season when 11th, once again having held a chance to win before a final round 70. Winner in Dubai earlier this year from a very strong field, he won't be frightened of competing with any of this lot and having proven low scores at this course, is only a handful of shots behind leader Matt Wallace, admittedly another young, progressive player. Although at 4-under for the tournament, he's hit eleven birdies and two serious errors on day one, and the feeling is that he can use his knowledge and positive thoughts about the course to launch himself up the leaderboard. He represents great value especially given most bookmakers are still laying five places
