Jose Rivero to win 12/1 e.w. @ SkyBet and Bet365  24th
Don't often back players to win back-to-back events, but there are so few potential winners on this Tour and Rivero should at least go close this week. He finished 3rd in the Seniors Tour Order of Merit last year behind Carl Mason and Sam Torrance, earning him the Hardys Rookie of the Year Award and could finish in the top-3 again this year if he wins this week. And he should like in chances in Spain. Not only did he finish 2nd on this course two years ago, but he remained competitive on the European Tour when in Spain far longer than elsewhere: he finished in the top-20 in the 2004 Mallorca Classic and made the cut in the 2004 Open de Madrid, 2005 Open de Espana and 2006 Open de Madrid. In fact, the only cut that he has missed in any European Tour event in Spain over the last three years was this year's Open de Espana and, even then, he had been in the top-25 after the 1st round.

Ross Drummond to win 22/1 e.w. @ SkyBet 4th
Drummond ranks just behind Rivero in 8th place in the Seniors Tour Order of Merit, but he particularly has plenty to play for this week as he ranks 2nd behind Costantino Rocca as the leading rookie on Tour. He has been extremely consistent with 10 top-20 finishes in 12 starts despite having no course form each week via his rookie status. That is also the case this week, but having finished 2nd to Rivero in the last event two weeks ago, he is clearly playing well enough to finally earn his maiden Tour win.

Guillerno Encina to win 50/1 e.w. @ SkyBet 4th
Good odds for a player with very good course form: 9th and 6th in the last two years here and on neither occasion did he approach the event in very good form. Last year, he had not earned a top-10 finish in four months and the year before, he had just two top-10 finishes in the previous four months. By contrast, he has finished in the top-10 in two of his last three starts and it was only an opening 78 that removed any major incentives to play hard last time out. So with a 3rd place finish in only other European Senior Tour event in Spain, it is clear that he is comfortable with Spanish conditions and particularly this course. He was a winner on Tour last year, so he is fully capable of repeating this feat at this venue.
