Mason is going for the hat-trick of tournament victories and yet another consecutive tour victory. There are slight concerns over his fitness as he pulled out of the Senior Open with a back injury that has plagued him in recent years. Nevertheless he's a strong favourite but probably doesn't represent too much value at the current odds.
This is Willaims third start on the tour following an impressive 2nd place in the PGA Seniors and a 28th place finish in the Seniors Open. And that 28th place finish would have been a lot closer were it not for a very poor second round that saw him drop over 40 places.
Cunning is another relative newcomer to the tour, this being his debut season, but he has laready three top ten finishes to his name. His poorer efforts have taken place on links courses and in the competitive field of the Senior Open so the 40/1 on offer here could be a decent bit of value.
Lastly we'll take a bit of a risk with Ginn. He has not been in great form this year and his putting has looked suspect on a few occasions. But 45/1 just looks very big if he can recover some of his old sparkle and he could easily do it this week where he has finishes of 3rd and 6th from his two previous efforts.
This is quite a tight course and hitting greens in regulation are probably going to be the primary asset. Currently on the tour for GIR Willaims is 4th, Cunning is 12th and Ginn is 7th.
