Buy Ian Poulter FP at 32 with Spreadex for 0.4 Pts M/U 50, Profit 7.2 Pts We opposed Poulter last week and lost a few points but I reckon we should do so again this week at the price offered. This week bad weather could hamper all the players and that coupled with no course form here and poor results in this region makes Poulter arguably 2pts too short. Poulter has played in Ireland 12 times, in which one Top 10 in 2001 at Foto Island is the only highlight. His other finishes have included two withdrawals mid tournament and 7 missed cuts. Also, his preparation will be affected by the fact he is going to the Champions League final in Paris on Wednesday evening to watch his team, Arsenal. It will be interesting to see later today what sort of tee time he gets for Thursday as a very early one will not help him one bit.

Sell Anders Hansen over Maarten Lafeber at 4.8 with Cantor Spreadfair for 0.2 Pts M/U 13, Loss 1.64 Pts
Lafeber has fair form in this part of the world, finishing 22nd on the course last year and only missing 3 cuts in 12 Irish visits. Hansen, meanwhile, apart from a 6th place finish way back in 1999 in Galway has failed to beat 30th in 12 other attempts. Head to head’s sees a 10-10 draw in the last 18 months with Lafeber slightly ahead on R1 scoring and 4-2 ahead on events played in these isles. Arguably 2-5 would be a fairer reflection of each player’s chances.
