Buy Anthony Wall FP at 33 with Spreadex for 0.4 Pts M/U 44, Profit 4.4 Pts
Buy Simon Dyson FP at 32 with Spreadex for 0.4 Pts M/U 12.5 , Loss 7.6 Pts
Course form versus current in both picks this week, but of course the value in the price is the number 1 factor. It just comes down to how you interpret the current worth of each player against what they have done in Perthshire. Wall is coming off of a 5/6/14 run but at Gleneagles has an average FP of 38 in four visits. Dyson has two Top 10's in his last two starts but course form is even worse with an average 45 in 5 visits. You have to factor in a poor field in the week following a major but put all the information into the pot and you come up with figures for these two that are slightly higher than the prices offered by Spreadex.

Round One Trades

Sell Emanuele Canonica over Paul McGinley at 0.8 with Cantor Spreadfair for 0.2 PtsM/U 0, Profit 0.14 Pts
Head to head's are vastly in favour of the Irishman but of course Canonica is the favourite because of a previous win here and McGinley's recent injuries. Canonica won here in 05' but has a best placed 69th in two other visits. McGinley, meanwhile has a 7th and a missed cut here. H2H's show McGinley lead 12-3 in tournaments since early 05'. McGinley really should be clear favourite in this matchup.

Buy Colin Montgomerie over Jean Van De Velde at 5 with  Cantor Spreadfair for 0.2 Pts (Van de Velde N/R)
Monty was 1.34 on Betfair on Sunday night standing on the 18th fairway and the fact he is still major-less may of course have some effect on him tomorrow. This has, though, been factored into the price and possibly by a little too much. 4th and 22nd on this course with a highest round of 73 in 8 visits compares favourably against a player who has never played here. The Frenchman has done little since winning in Madeira and his last round was a 79 at Wentworth. Monty would normally be 5-8 under normal circumstances.
