Round One Trades

Sell Alejandro Canizares over Jeev-Milkha Singh 18H MB at 2 with
Sporting Index for 0.2 Pts M/U -16. Profit 4 Pts.
It is quite difficult to make a reasonable allowance for form on another tour, but it has to be noted that Singh has finished 3/14/8/3/21 on the Japanese Tour in five events played since early September. He also played in Singapore finishing 25th in their Open and although neither tour has the depth of quality of this event at least he was shooting low scores and competing. He comes up against a young Spaniard who has burst on to the scene this year with a 7th in Holland and a win in Russia in August. However, since then his finishes have been 25/cut/cut/38 and Singh should not be a 2 pt underdog. It could be argued that Canizares is at home which may bring a little advantage, but in his one appearance on spanish soil this year he easily mssed the cut.

Buy Richard Green over Marc Warren 18H MB at 4 with  IG Sport for 0.2 Pts. M/U -13, Loss 3.4 Pts.
Head to head's sees a 7-4 R1 and 7-4 Tournament lead for Green and the average M/U in those 11 R1 matches is 10 as Warren has threw up a few big numbers in the first rounds of events he has played this year. Bar Warren's win in Sweden and a 4th in Switzerland his only other Top 10's in 34 starts on this tour are an 8th in Italy in May and a 4th last week in the Canaries. Green meanwhile has a 1 in 4 Top 10 % rate on this tour. Green also has an FP average a full 12 points lower and maybe should be a little higher than the 4 you can buy with IG.
