There isn't much between these players with a 7-6 lead for Gonzalez over 2 seasons and Canizares winning 16-14 when split into all rounds so 3-6 seems a high estimation of Gonzalez's chances. The reason they offer this price is because course form for Gonzalez shows 4 Top 20's in a row when the course was used for the German Masters up to 2005. Even accepting this though, 3 points start is more than fair.

Bet 2 - Sell Ricardo Gonzalez over Martin Kaymer 18H MB at 3.5 with Cantor Spreadfair for 0.3 Pts M/U -31, Profit 9.83 Pts
In a perfect world you don't oppose the same person in both his 2 balls but the prices offered in both these match ups suggests we have to bite. Gonzalez's course form and a run of missed cuts for Kaymer is the reason Spreadfair have put up this price but other firms have probably looked more at the bigger picture and quoted as low as 0-3. Head to head's show a 7-5 Gonzalez lead with 5 wins in a row and Kaymer's recent record reads 14/c/c/7/c/c/c/2/c/c. If the Kaymer who performed in Scandinavia and France turns up we will be ok, but it would be fair to admit this is a fairly risky investment given his other recent results. Sometimes though, a price is just too big.
