7-2; +4.89pts Round 1 plays (1pt): Marcel Siem to beat Jeppe Huldahl -116 @ Extrabet [tie loses] WON by 6 Opposing Huldahl for three reasons: (i) no course form; (ii) he shot 79-80 to miss the cut by 15 shots last time out; and (iii) his baby daughter was born just 10 days ago. As he wrote on his website, he has not been thinking about golf for a few days, but he had committed to play in this event and then he will return home for two weeks to spend more time with his daughter. If he doesn't start off particularly well, he could easily be hurrying his way out of this event to be back home, just as he did in the Jonnie Walker Championship. Siem was a top-10 finisher on this course last year and was in contention for three rounds last week. Jose Maria Olazabal to beat Gregory Havret -120 @ FiveDimes WON by 3 Havret is back on the radar after his third place finish in the Johnnie Walker Championship two weeks ago, but a look at his last ten finishes reveal how much of an exception that week actually was: mc, mc, mc, mc, mc, 41st, mc, 74th, 3rd, 67th. Olazabal is in much better form - he has finished ahead of him in four of their last five common events - and has a much better record on this course - he has finished ahead of him on all four occasions that they have both competed here. Kenneth Ferrie to beat Jeppe Huldahl -115 @ FiveDimes WON by 4 Also backing Ferrie to beat Huldahl. He has shown much better form in recent months - 6th in the Open de France, 17th in the Scottish Open and 4th after 54 holes in the KLM Open three weeks ago - and he does have top-10 finishes in two of his last three visits to Gut Larchenhof, so he should play much better than at Crans-sur-Sierre, of which he is not a fan. Round 2 plays (1pt): Graeme Storm to beat Christian Nilsson -139 @ Unibet WON by 8 Markus Brier to beat Christian Nilsson -130 @ FiveDimes WON by 3 Markus Brier to beat Daniel Vancsik -111 @ Unibet LOST by 1 Round 3 plays (1pt): Peter Hedblom to beat Jamie Donaldson -105 @ FiveDimes WON by 1 Ross Fisher to beat Soren Hansen +105 @ SkyBet [tie loses] [also available @ FiveDimes, Bet365 and Paddy Power] LOST by 8 Henrik Stenson to beat Soren Hansen -110 @ Stan James [tie loses] WON by 1
