A second round 63 saw Lowry make the cut last week for just the fifth time since since his Irish Open win. Other than his 15th place finish in the KLM Open, Lowry has a best finish of 50th over the last five months, yet over the intervening period Nilsson has won in France and recorded two further top-20 finishes in his last five starts. Nilsson also shot all four rounds under par when playing on this course in 2007.

Alexander Noren to beat Ross McGowan +100 @ Stan James [tie loses]  LOST by 1
Opposing McGowan after his maiden Tour win last week (and it was far from comfortable early in the final round after starting with a seven-shot lead). Noren is in good form after finishing 4th last week and winning in Switzerland last month. It should also help that McGowan finished 117th of 124 on his course debut last year whereas Noren has finished in the top-20 in both his starts on this course.
