2-1; +0.32pts  (system plays: 2-2-1)

Round 1 play (4pts):

Bradley Dredge to beat Romain Wattel -111 @ Bet365  LOST by 3
This course/event has only been on the European Tour for two years, but it is clear from the winners so far that this is a fairways-and-greens course - this is not better shown that last year when the winner, Peter Hanson, ranked 2nd in driving accuracy and 1st in greens in regulation that week, while two the two players that lost out in the playoff, Gary Boyd and Peter Lawrie, were ranked 2nd and 5th in greens in regulation respectively. This is not good for Wattel's chances on his course debut as he currently ranks 164th in driving accuracy and 153rd in greens in regulation. Dredge has played in each of the two years here, being in the top-20 at the cut in 2009 and finishing in the top-20 last year.

[unofficial rd1 system play: Canizares tb Tullo -111 (W)]

Round 2 play (2pts):

Ross McGowan to beat Lloyd Saltman +138 @ Boyle Sports  WON by 5
A couple of double-bogeys on the back nine ruined McGowan's card and meant that he is four shots back from Saltman who lies 15th after the opening round. But this is not a position in which Saltman has been comfortable in the past: he has finished the 1st round in the top-25 on just six occasions on the European Tour and in the second round he has shot 75-76-72-79-73-74. McGowan can easily bounce back from his opening round, while it appears unlikely that Saltman will repeat his first round form.

[unofficial rd2 system plays: Dredge tb Del Moral -105 (L); Wall tb Gagli +120 (L); Garrido tb Olesen +100 (W)]

Round 3 play (2pts):

Damien McGrane to beat Shane Lowry -125 @ Bet365  WON by 3
Lowry hit a purple patch of form in May, but he has since missed five of six cuts so it is a surprise to see him in the top-10 after 36 holes. It should mean that he should struggle more under the pressure of weekend play than McGrane who has finished in the top-25 in each of his last two starts and on this course last year.

[unofficial rd3 system plays: Ramsay tb Lowry -125 (T)]
