0-2; -6.10pts (system plays: 3-3-0) Round 1 play (4pts): Martin Kaymer to beat Justin Rose +100 @ Bet365 LOST by 4 Two players in good form, but I don't see Rose playing well this week. He did play well in Spain last week until he met Nicolas Colsaerts, but he plays virtually all of his golf on the PGA Tour now. playing just three events in Europe in 2010 and four events in 2011, and of those seven events, he only had one only top-10 finish. That was in this event in 2010 - he finished 10th - but he missed the cut in his last visit to Wentworth before than and he missed the cut last year. Kaymer has a solid record around here and appears to have been refreshed after returning to Germany for a few days at the weekend, but this is more a play against Rose at these odds. [unofficial rd1 system plays: Kaymer tb Schwartzel +100 (L); Donaldson tb Grace -110 (W); Donaldson tb Cabrera-Bello -110 (W); Quiros tb Grace -111 (W); Noren tb Coetzee -105 (L); Fisher R tb Coetzee -110 (L)] Round 2 play (2pts): Pablo Larrazabal to beat Bernd Wiesberger -105 @ Bet365 LOST by 2 Opposing Wiesberger who lies 8th after the 1st round. On seven previous occasions, he has been inside the top-10 after the first round on the European Tour and on every previous occasion he has finished the second round outside the top-10 (average position: 28th). Rounds of 77 and 74 in his only previous appearance at Wentworth also suggests that, despite recent good form in Asia, he is unlikely to repeat today's round. Round 3 play (2pts): Fredrik Andersson Hed to beat Ricardo Gonzalez +100 @ 5Dimes TIED I don't see the Swede as the underdog in this matchup. He played much better in the first two rounds than Gonzalez who ranks outside the top-100 in driving distance and driving accuracy and he was the runner-up on this course two years ago. He looks far more likely to remain in the top-10 over the weekend. No round 4 plays.
