1-1; -0.20pts (system plays: 0-3-0) No round 1 plays. Round 2 play (2pts): Ricardo Gonzalez to beat Alan Dunbar -130 @ 5Dimes WON by 3 An ugly 5-7 ending to his round spoiled Gonzalez's card, but he still hit 16 of 18 greens in regulation (only Oscar Floren hit more today) so he is clearly maintaining the form that has seen him miss just one cut in the last three months. Dunbar is a 22-year-old amateur from the neighbouring Rathmore club who proved his links credentials when winning the St Andrews Trophy in 2009, but his two previous appearances in a Tour event have resulted in missed cuts and he failed to take advantage of playing in the far easier morning conditions today. He sits at one-under-par alongside Gonzalez who will take his turn to play in the calmer and (predicted) dryer conditions in the morning. [unofficial rd2 system plays: Del Moral tb Foster +100 (L); Wattel tb Foster -110 (L); Van Zyl tb Ramsay -105 (L)] No round 3 plays. Round 4 play (2pts): Anthony Wall to beat Fabrizio Zanotti -110 @ Stan James LOST by 3 Currently 2nd with one round to play, Wall looks set to secure his fourth top-10 finish in the last seven Irish Opens. That is quite a contrast with Zanotti who has made his first cut in this event in four attempts. This is also a matchup dominated by the Englishman: he has a 23-9-1 h2h record against Zanotti since the start of 2011. Admittedly, Zanotti showed good form to be in the same position last week - 6th after 54 holes of the BMW International Open - but he shot 74 on Sunday to finish outside the top-10. With Zanotti having shot a lower 4th round score than Wall just once in the last 12 months, this is clearly one round in which Wall should be the favourite.
