Andreas Harto to beat Lloyd Saltman - 6 points @ 9-10 (Boylesports)

A confident pick here with Harto coming into top form with another top-10 last weekend. Twice a winner on this Tour in 2010 (from only four starts), his best effort so far in 2012 is that 3rd at Madeira, an event I think gives good hints to this one being often wet and windy. Having finished 26th in the rankings for the last two years, he looks well on the way to finishing higher and getting back on the main Tour. With an early tee time on Thursday I'm expecting good things from him this week

Saltman is probably more famous for the 'cheat' allegations and ban and yet has to be given credit for coming back, facing the music and playing reasonably well. Nevertheless, he has never won and has often been unable to continue a good round to the finish and is rightly labelled a journeyman, finishing between 40th and 60th at the end of the season. Average finishes this year combine with two badly missed cuts round this course and he goes off late on Thursday. Not a combination that makes this a 'your pick' match.
