As the Web.com Tour finals have approached us and a number of PGA Tour players have taken the step down in order to hone their game after missing out on the FedEx Playoffs, I have decided to get some of these players onside due to their inflated prices yet obvious superiority in play. The tactic is to place a number of small bets on a number of 'higer grade' players in the hope that their greater skill set and experience will shine through, especially as Sycamore Hills is a new course on the rotation. There is also a trend that should be followed in that players typically have repeat form on Nicklaus courses and can often be found topping the leaderboards in tournaments where he has had an influence on the design.

Chad Campbell 0.5pts e/w @ 35/1 Various - Four top 25s on the PGA Tour in 2013, capped by a season best of 7th at the Nicklaus designed Sanderson Farms Championship at Annandale. Campbell is a four time winner on the PGA and two of those have come on Nicklaus courses (Viking Classic and Bob Hope Chrysler Classic).

Seung Yul Noh - 0.5pts e/w @ 60/1 Various -  His two best performances in 2013 on the PGA Tour came on Nicklaus designed courses in the Sanderson Farms and Reno Tahoe. Also finished a credible 15th on Nicklaus designed RBC Canadian Open in 2012.

Sean O'Hair 0.25pts e/w @ 80/1 Various - A 4 times PGA Tour winner who has previous form on Nicklaus designs including a win in the Canadian Open in 2011.

Vaughn Taylor 0.25pts e/w @ 80/1 Various - A two time winner of the Reno Tahoe (2004 and 2005) which is Nicklaus designed.  He has two top 25s in other Nicklaus designed courses on the PGA Tour in 2013.

Shawn Stefani 0.25pts e/w @ 90/1 Bet365 - Two top 10s on the PGA in 2013 and winner of Nicklaus designed Midwest Classic in 2012 as well as the Miccosukee Championship (both tournaments that serial Nicklaus performer Russel Henley finished in the top three of in 2012 before dominating Nicklaus designs on the PGA in 2013).

Dicky Pride 0.25pts e/w @ 125/1 Various - His best performance this year came at the Nicklaus designed Montrêux Golf and Country Club in the Reno Tahoe Open where he finished 5th at the beginning of this month and hopefully will continue this momentum on another one of his designs.
