SAVER BETS (WIN ONLY)

Scott Piercy - 2pts WIN only @ 20/1 - A two time winner on the PGA Tour and only last year finished 5th in the PGA Championship, in short he is a class above the rest of the field and although he is using this event as a comeback from injury, it was only in Febuary that he finished 15th at the Pheonix Open. It is a small worry that he is using the Web.com as rehab but if his arm holds up then 20/1 could look a great price. He has played here twice before, in 2003 and 2008 - his 2003 scorecard showing he bookended two 66s so he also has course form.

Justin Thomas - 2pt WIN only @ 20/1 - An exciting young player who as taken the Web.com by storm this year with only one missed cut in eleven appearances and four top 10s, in fact, his worst finish other than the missed cut was 33rd in the South Georgia Classic. He has also popped up on the PGA Tour through sponsor invites and has held his own there too with a 10th in the farmers Insurance Open and a 37th in the Memorial Tournament - he is a phenomenal talent. He placed 4th last week at the United Leasing and that bodes well for him this week as results there seem to point in the right direction for Utah.

E/W BETS

Fabian Gomez - 1pt e/w @ 28/1 - A man who has been steady on the Web.com this year without really fullfilling the promise he has shown in the past. Last week he managed to also finish 4th in the United Leasing and this bodes well as mentioned above. Gomez has some great course form here at Willow Creek where he can boast a 5th, 28th and most recently, 13th in the only three years he has played here.

Mark Hubbard - 1pt e/w @ 40/1 - Mark Hubbard is another who has displayed some steady form this year with six top 10s on tour and most recently (and importantly if you believe the link with the United Leasing Championhip) came 2nd in Indiana. He is knocking on the door of a win and I dont see why it shouldnt come here.

Matt Weibring - 0.5pts e/w @ 55/1 - Weibring is a man with skecthy form so far this year but has shown a recent up tick with a 4th at the United Leasing and a runner up finish at the Air Capital Classic. It is obviously the United Leasing finish that interests me the most but I also like his form at Willow Creek where he has three finishes in the top 25. His MC last year is a worry but on closer inspection he carded a first round 64 before losing his way and if we look back to 2007, he posted a 63 so it is obvious he can go low on this course.

Trevor Murphy - 0.5pts e/w @ 150/1 - The reasoning behind choosing Murphy simply comes down to what may be a tenious link. Two of last year's top 5 finishers (Will Wilcox and Ben Martin) not only both finished in the top 10 of the United Leasing Championship but also finished 1st and 11th respectively in the South Georgia Classic. Trevor Murphy's best finish this year on tour has come at the South Georgia Classic where he placed 8th and while 56th in the United Leasing doesnt look spectacular, only a final round 77 stopped him from finishing higher. I am willing to chance a player who has two top 10s, has only missed one cut and finished 22nd here last year with a second round 62 on his card.

Total Staked - 10pts
