Panther Creek is a Hale Irwin designed Championship course, measuring 7,244 yeards and providing a stern challenge for every golfer. It is close to Illinois State university so look for aluminis to perform well here. It is a new course on the rotor so there is little to go on. What I have managed to find indicates that the par 5's play long but forgiving (wide fairways) while the par 3's are well protected by hazards. For this reason picking a good ball striker would seem to be the option to go with.

My picks are as follows:

Jason Millard - 0.5pts e/w @ 66/1 - Ticks all the boxes in terms of stats this week - 3rd in Ball striking, 14th in GIR, 3rd in Total Driving. He put in a good show in the Rust-Oleum in Illinois, finishing 5th. he comes here on the back of two MCs but that explains his slightly larger price this week.

Josh Teater - 0.5pts e/w @ 90/1 - I'm siding with Teater again this week as i feel as though he is a quality player just waiting to win on this tour. He has already recorded a 2nd place finish in illinois this year on the Web.com at the Rust-Oleum so should fair well in the state. He is 2nd in Ball Striking, 9th in GIR, 7th in Total Driving and 7th in Consecutive Par 3 Birdies.

Dan Woltman - 0.25pts e/w @ 250/1 - A Monday qualifier who once showed so much promised before being blighted by injury. His three appearances on the Tour so far have yielded a 4th, 23rd and MC but the 4th was also in Illinois. he had little success plying his trade on the European Tour last year but seems to be rejuvinated in his native Us and could be one to watch at a huge price.  

Total Staked - 2.5pts
