North Carolina is the next stop for the Web.com and the TPC Wakefield Plantation course. A Par 71 track that comes in at 7,250 yards, TPC Wakefield seems very much to be a horses for courses venue as Kyle Thompson has proved with three victories here. The fairways are lined by pine trees and offer challenges such as numerous creeks winding through the course and strategically placed ponds. This will be a shot maker's paradise and will be won by someone who can accurately plot their way around the course. 

My picks are as follows:

Brad Fritsch - 1pt e/w @ 33/1 - The obvious choice this week. A winner and a runner up already this season, what better place for him to improve on his order of merit status than at a course where he has a home. He is 18th in accuracy and 2nd in the all around stat so should be a fit for here. 

Roger Sloan - 0.5pts e/w @ 60/1 - Two back to back 5th's in the last two weeks and one of the most accurate players on tour, Sloan fits the profile. Throw in the fact that he would have finished much higher than 58th here in 2014 had it not been for a disasterous 79 in round three and we have a player who should be contending. 

Kyle Thompson - 0.5pts e/w @ 80/1 - It is hard not to back a three time winner at 80/1 to be honest, despite his less than enticing form of recent. Despite his two missed cuts in his last two events, his form early in the season wasnt too bad - he finished runner up in Panama. 27th in Driving Accuracy and 64th in Ball Striking, he is certainly above average and hopefully can repeat his previous form.

Scott Gardiner - 0.25pts e/w @ 250/1 - It is no surprise to see that the man who sits 3rd in DA, 6th in GIR and 15th in Ball Striking this year came 2nd here in 2014. In fact, he has a raft of good form at TPC Wakefield and is only 250/1 on the basis that his season so far has yielded no decent results. A host of MCs early on have been curtailed and his last two appearances have seen him finish in the top 60.
