For the second year we are back at the Tom Fazio designed Corales Puntacana Resort in the Dominican Republic this week. The course plays close to 7,600 yards and features two par 5's that are over 620 yards so those who are long off the tee should most certainly be favoured here. Corales Puntacana also sits on the coast so we should be looking at a player with good coastal golf or links experience. Dominic Bozzelli's win here last year came courtesy of a 24 under so it is possible to go low despite the lentgh and weather and it would be wise to find someone who is adept with the flatstick as he posted 22 birdies and 3 eagles.

My picks are as follows:

Corey Connors- 0.5pts e/w @ 70/1 - I am going with Connors again this week as he really does fit the bill despitehis two MC inhis last two outings when we have backed him. He sits 5th in Par 5 Birdie or Better leaders and 3rd in Par 5 Eagle leaders. He is no slouch off the tee either, clocking in at just under 291 yards in Driving Distance. Round all this off with the fact that he has previous form in the Dominican on the Latino Tour, finishing 8th and we have a challenger I feel.

Tom Lovelady - 0.5pts e/w @ 70/1 - Another player I have backed this yearalready and yet another whos game should fit the course. He is 3rd in Par 5 Birdie or Better leaders, 1st in Par 5 Eagles and 3rd in Driving Distance at over 320 yards. He has no course or area form to speak of but comes here on the back of three solid showings on the Web.com.

Cameron Wilson - 0.5pts e/w @ 110/1 - A bit of a flier with Wilson who has been consistent without actually recording any significant finishes. He is big off the tee with a 313.5 yard average and sits 4th in Par 5 Birdie or Better leaders.
