Compaq Classic
Outright plays (1 unit): Jesper
Parnevik to win 33/1 e.w. @ Bet247
Decent course history with top-15 finishes in each of his last three visits and
equally impressive form in April - he finished 2nd in the BellSouth Classic and
but for a 3rd round 77 would have finished much higher than 28th at the Masters.
Parnevik usually plays well after a break and is very capable of winning this
week. Nick Price to win 40/1 e.w. @ Heathorns
or Surrey
A model of consistency this year with top-20 finishes in all seven events after
he opened his season in the Phoenix Open. He could sneak another top-5 finish
this week. He has yet to shoot an over-par round at English Turn in the last
three years. Bob Estes to win 50/1 e.w. @
Tattsbet
An infrequent visitor to English Turn, though he has 8th on his last visit
(1998) and 18th before that (1993). Appears at inflated odds because of some
indifferent finishes in the last two months, but his problem has been one of
inconsistency rather than poor form. He closed well in the WorldCom Classic and
could put in a decent performance this week. He is too good a player for these
odds.

Parnevik 62nd
