Frank Lickliter to beat Billy Andrade -118 @ FiveDimes
Andrade has lost his form completely with five missed cuts and a finish of 70th in his last six starts. Coupled with missing the cut on both his previous
starts in this event he hardly inspires confidence in this event. There is no relief from his stats as he is very short off the tee; he is a great putter but
even that has let him down badly recently. Lickliter is nothing special; he has average current form, average stats and average previous course form.
But that should be good enough here.
Ryan Palmer to beat Jeff Brehaut -113 @ Pinnacle
Last season Palmer came alive in the second half of the season and after missing the cut in almost 50% of his starts in the first-half of the season he
has again rediscovered his form and there is every indication that this fine form will continue. He has good previous course form, demonstrating good
length of the tee and should be benefitted by the wide fairways of this course. Brehaut has decent if rather inconsistent current form but uninspiring
previous course form. Palmer narrowly out-points Brehaut in the h2h stats but with his improving late-season form (and last season Palmer beat Brehaut
9-6 on the h2h stats in the second-half of the season) Palmer should take this.
Zach Johnson to beat Mark Hensby -112 @ Pinnacle Bet Void - Hensby DNS
As mentioned last week, at this time of the year it is best to avoid those players who have had long hard seasons and look to be losing their form and
Hensby could be such a case. With a win in the Scandanavian Masters and two top-5 finishes in majors it is understandable if his attention wanes for
tournaments such as this. In his last two starts he managed a 59th and 58th finish and is not that long off the tee. Johnson's form is holding up well
and although he is also not that long off the tee has did finish 13th in his previous start here. The contrasting current form and decent course form
indicates that Johnson has an excellent chance to land the odds.
Justin Rose to beat Trevor Immelman -115 @ Centrebet
Not much to separate these two on current form but on the h2h's Rose has the advantage (over 3 years: 12-5-2, over 12 months: 5-2-2). Immelman
finished 55th in his sole participation in the event while Rose has finished 3rd and 29th (although he would have been finished a lot closer if you discount
his dreadful par 3 performance). With Rose showing decent length off the tee he showed go close again this week and can take care of Immelman.
