Ford Championship at Doral
FINAL RESULT: +2.13 pts
Zach came through to dead heat the w/o Mickelson and Woods market with Singh giving a small overall profit on the week.
Update after round 3:
If Zach Johnson had got his putter working like it did yesterday on Thursday and Friday then this tournament would be a three horse race. Unfortunately he didn't and Mickelson and Woods shooting the lights out means that despite sitting in third place he is still at roughly the same odds he started the tournament on. Tonight's head to head between Phil and Tiger is set up to be a great spectacle for the viewers, but I wouldn't like to try and call the outcome of it though, so the betting w/o markets are the order of the day. Not a whole lot of value about so far, but Zach has been playing well and looks overpriced - if he putts anything like as well as yesterday someone will have to go very low to overhaul him.

Back Padraig Harrington to finish in the top5 1pt @10/1 at GolfingGods
Harrington has never played this event before, but he certainly has done well against all star fields like this one in Florida before. Two second places in the last two years at Sawgrass are proof of that. He has had a bit of time off over the winter but hopefully playing the last two weeks in Malaysia and at the matchplay should have got him back in the groove.
Back Adam Scott 1.5 pts @26 at Betfair
Adam Scott's price has contracted considerably from what was available for the infamous Nissan Open, but I still feel it is value. Another making his debut, but as I pointed out two weeks ago that hasn't been a barrier to him winning in the past. He has a great record in the Florida swing at the Bay Hill and Sawgrass and his game is obviously in fine fettle so I see no reason why he can't contend here.
Back K.J. Choi 1 pt @80 at Betfair
Choi came 5th here last year and has done reasonably on all his visits. He also boasts a win in Florida at the 2002 Tampa Bay. He has been creeping in to form this season with a few top 20s, but has just managed to stay off 'the radar' which is the only reason I can't think why he is at such a high price here.
Back Zach Johnson 0.5pts @120 at Betfair
I can only assume Zach Johnson will continue to be so overpriced until he inevitably posts a top 5 finish or wins this season. His form this year has been very consistent without ever threatening the upper reaches of the leaderboard. All he needs to do is get himself in the mix early on and he has what it takes to win. A missed cut in this event last season after a terrible second round, but some useful Florida form other than that.
