Summary, 3 Bets, 2 Wins, 1 Loss. Loss 4.5 Pts. Tournament Trades Buy Justin Rose FP at 28 with IG Sport for 0.6 Pts. M/U 50, Profit 13.2 Pts Rose is on an incredible run of form of four Top 20's in a row including two Top 5's and after a week off he comes back this week trying to emulate his September form. He currently sits at 54th in the money list and that in itself tells its own story that the previous 21 events he has played this year has contributed very little. Two top 10's before the first major of the year are highlights and to be priced 5 pts lower than names like Perry, Love and Weir just seems an over-reaction to a good run of form. Course form includes a 6th last year which has obviously contributed to the low price but all in all he should be low 30's at least. Buy Ted Purdy FP at 33 with Cantor Spreadfair for 0.6 Pts. M/U 34.5, Profit 0.9 Pts Good finishes over the last couple of weeks including 4th at the 84 Lumber and 5th last week in Mississippi show a remarkable turn of form for Purdy who had missed 7 cuts in a row previous to his last three starts. This has led though to a fairly low quote given the quality of field he faces and with an 2006 average FP of 38 he may just be a couple of points too low. His quote is also possibly low due to an 8th place here two years ago but he was never in contention as it was a last round 64 that took him into the top 10 after starting the Sunday in 48th place. Buy Davis Love FP at 32 with IG Sport for 0.6 Pts. M/U 1, Loss 18.6 Pts Love hasn't played since late August although was due to play last week but pulled out due to a family friend's bereavment. That rustiness coupled with a poor year suggests 32 is a little low and course form of cut/cut does not bode well either. His average this year is touching 40 so we have numerous reasons to oppose Love at this price.
