Summary: 4 Bets, 1 Win, 3 Losses. Loss 27.9
Pts. Not a great week and not a great few weeks to be honest but we arguably
over-performed in the spring and this is us just levelling out. Hopefully
next week we can recover losses from today.
Tournament Trades
Buy Ryan Moore FP at 34 with
IG Sport for 0.6
Pts M/U 29.5, Loss 2.7 Pts
An average FP of 44 this year in 11 starts and no course form suggests that
Moore should be higher than the 34 buy price at IG even although this is a
very poor quality event. In those 11 starts he has M/U at the maximum 50 9
times.
Buy Heath Slocum FP at 34 with
IG Sport for 0.6
Pts M/U 3.5, Loss 18.3 Pts
Another player with a fairly high seasonal average (40), which is the
result of only one Top 10 and 12 finishes of at least 50th in 18 starts.
Slocum has played at this event 3 times missing 2 cuts and finishing 13th in
his only time that he made the weekend.
Buy Woody Austin FP at 35 with
IG Sport for 0.6
Pts M/U 42.5. Profit 4.5 Pts
Austin is the third player in our list this week with a 40+ average in
2006. In 20 starts Austin has M/U at 50 12 times, and posted, like Slocum,
one Top 10. Austin has also played this event 6 times and his course average
is the same as his current, 41.
Round One Trades
Sell Daniel Chopra over Briny Baird at 2 with
Sporting Index for 0.3 Pts M/U 40, Loss 11.4 Pts
A poor event and a poor list of prices as well where 16 more matches are
priced on the Scottish event this week. One match that is worthy of interest
though is this one where Chopra leads Baird 21-16 in events but trails 15-18
in R1 matches. Course form is also with Baird as Chopra has a MC and 39th
place in two visits whereas Baird has played 5 times and has a 2nd and 3rd
in that time. Chopra is favourite on current form where Baird has missed 3
cuts since finishing 5th at St Jude. Chopra was 9th at the Booz Allen,
although other results recently are poor.
