Round 1 plays (2pts):
Ben Curtis to beat Andres Romero +109 @ Unibet WON by 1 Nothing wrong with Curtis' form - 2nd at The Open and 7th at the PGA Championship - so I can't see why he is such a strong underdog against Romero. He also plays the tougher courses well, so may be a real contender this week
Padraig Harrington to beat Sergio Garcia -115 @ Five Dimes LOST by 2 Pod has been sounding surprising bullish in interview recently - quite a change from his usual hypochondriac self - and looks intent on consolidating his position as European's #1 golfer and he may get very close to overtaking playing parter, Phil Mickelson, as #2 in the world with a win this week. He is clearly full of confidence unlike Garcia on the greens and with a favourable morning-afternoon split in the times, the Irishman should prevail in this matchup yet again
Aaron Baddeley to beat Andres Romero -110 @ Five Dimes and Carib WON by 3 Not as favourable odds as with the Curtis matchup, but there is still some value here. Baddeley also plays the hard courses well and has been consistent enough to have a 8-3-1 record against the Argentinean in all common events this year
No Round 2 plays.
No Round 3 plays.
Round 4 play (2pts):
Dean Wilson to beat Kevin Sutherland +100 @ Five Dimes LOST by 7 Sutherland has entered the final round in the top-10 four times this year, but after an opening 69 in the FBR Open in February, his last three final round scores in this position have been 73-74-73; from this position, Wilson's last four scores have been 68-66-72-67, so he looks the more likely to stay on the leaderboard by the end of tonight
