Nice to have Vijay come good again last week and hopefully we can build on last weeks results of 1st,T2 (Garcia lost in playoff) and T4 (Curtis) in what should be another great tournament with the top 3 in the betting all having very strong cases...

P.Mickelson 1.5 pt win @ 9/1 General

This is more of a cover bet really, great player who made 14 birdies and 2 eagles last week and should have finished higher than T19. He is also defending champion and see no reason why we cant expect a big week this week

S.Garcia 1.5pt win @ 11/1 General

Same reason for following Garcia this week as last. He has been playing great golf and has not really done a lot wrong in recent weeks. Obvioulsy lost in the playoff last week so should be hungry to go one better this week. Finished 17th here last year and is playing far better golf going into the tournament this year.

V.Singh 1.5pt win @ 16/1 Paddy Power

Not quite the 35/1 of last week hence we are going for win only but he does have finishes of 4,1,2 in 03,04 and 06 so clearly likes the course and is obviously playing well with his win last week (2nd in 4 weeks.) It really is just a case of wether he can get the putter working. Was only 34rd last week in putting so if he can improve on that should have another great week.

S.Stricker 1pt ew @ 50/1 Coral

Has finished 7th and 9th here the last 2 years and was going well last week until a 3rd round 77 derailed him, where he dropped 7shots in the space of 6 holes! Providing we do not have a repeat of that this week I think Stricker will figure come Sunday.

A.Allenby 0.75 ew @ 40/1 PaddyPower, Skybet

A little bit tentative with this selection as he seems to be having a few problems finishing the job off at present. Does has finishes of 19,-,15,4,8, in the last 5 years so clearly likes the course and combined that with current form of 7 Top tens this year I am prepared to side with him at these odds.

A.Baddeley 0.5 ew @ 50/1 General

Again a little speculative and is playing steady golf rather than outstanding golf this year but does have finishes of 7th and 5th the last 2 years so hopefully can build on that for a big week this week.

A.Cabrera 0.6 ew @ 66/1 General

Showing signs of coming back to his best and was T6 going into the last round last week (actually shot 72,72 last weekend) and finished T23 here last year but again last let down with a last round of 75. Hopefully we can have a big week from start to finish this week at decenmt odds for a former Major winner.

K.Streelman 0.3 ew @ 125/1 Bet Direct, Stan James

Has shown some great form this year finishing 6,4 in his last 2 starts and has had chances to finish higher several times already this year. Hopefully he can learn from this and put in another huge week at great odds (only 66's in a few places)

C.Howell 0.3 ew @ 125/1 General  NOW AVAILABLE @ 150/1 Tote

Again a little bit speculative but has good course form (9,4,18,30) and huge odds for such a talented player.

M.Laird 0.3ew @ 150/1 Bet Direct, Stan James

Again going on recent form of 4,4,7 in his last 3 starts so these odds just too big for a player in such great form.

J.Mallinger 0.2ew @ 200/1 General

Another speculative play but he is capeable of going low and finished 14th here last year. Not been in the best of form but did make the cut last week and think he is worth a small interest this week.
