Stake 2pts Browne to beat Stroud +100 @ FiveDimes
Browne is very short but deadly accurate off the tee so will like the make up of this weeks course. And his previous record here is pretty decent. He also returned from a break last week to finish an encouraging 43rd, one of the few cuts he has made this season. Stroud on the other hand has shown nothin all season and that continued last week. His price here is probably based on a sixth place finish here last season, but I'd rather be with Browne who has shown repeated good form on this course rather than one solitary good finish.
Browne beaten by Stroud by 10

Stake 2pts Gamez to beat Hayes -115 @ WSEX & The Greek
Two players who have been out of form for most of this season although Gamez's recent form and stats have shown a bit of an upturn. However, while Hayes has missed the cut in four of his last five starts here Gamez has five decent finishes from his six latest starts here.
Gamez beat Hayes (mc)

Stake 4pts Hoffman to beat Sheehan   -125 @ William Hill
Hoffman has an imperious record in Texas with previous finishes of eigth and eleventh on this course, he's a winner in Texas from the Nationwide Tour and his average FP here from 12 previous starts is only 22.75. He is also a great wind player and has finishes of 35th and 24th from his only links starts in Europe. Hoffman has some good form this season as has Sheehan but conditions don't suit Sheehan as much as his Texas record is poor and he has only one decent finish here from four previous starts.
Hoffman beaten by Sheehan by 6

Stake 4pts R S Johnson to beat Kuchar   -120 @ FiveDimes
Johnson had a poor first half of the season but has rediscovered a bit of his form in the past few months. The reverse is true for Kuchar who after a decent first half of the season has now missed the cut in his last six starts. Kuchar has one good finish here from 2001 but in general has very poor form in this event. However, Johnson has three top twenty finishes from five starts and is well worth his favouritism here.
Johnson beat Kuchar (mc)

Stake 3pts Love III to beat Howell III   -110 @ Bet365 & SportingBet
Both players finished third last time out at the Turning Stone Championship but Love has been the far more consistent player throughout the season. Love has never played here before but does have a good record in lesser events. While Howell has appeared here before but has little to show from his six previous starts here.
Love (mc) beaten by Howell

Stake 3pts Perez to beat O'Hern   -110 @ ToteSport
Perez has been in decent form throughout the season and looks to be peaking quite nicely of late. He also has three top ten finishes from his last four appearances in the state and has a decent previous record here. O'Hern has a similar record to Perez this season but has never played here before and has an inconsistent record here in Texas.
Perez beat O'Hern by 6

Stake 3pts Toms to beat Sabbatini   -110 @ BetFred
Sabbatini's form has picked up in this second half of the season but his previous form in this event is at best average. Toms has been supremely consistent throughout the season and had another great finish again last time out. He also has a good record here with three top twenty finishes from five starts. He should go well again this after a short break to recharge the batteries.
Toms beaten by Sabbatini by 5
