A Little bit of a disappoint week last week with Leonard finding nothing on the final day and a few of the others failing to progress on good early performances. Also with Leishman who we have sided with several times getting into the frame at huge odds but hopefully this will signal the start of his year and the experience will stand him in good stead this week where he is again available at very large odds. A case can be made for several players this week and hence the staking plan has been raised by a couple of points and includes some of the new guard, who can perform at fancy prices. Poulter (35,3), Hoffman (two top 10s in last 3 years), Verplank (61,1,w,6,14), Sabattini (3rd 2 years ago) and Bryant (3rd last year) all have some solid course form and have shown signs of coming back to their best in recent weeks, (especially Poulter 2nd at the players, Hoffman 9th last week and good early form this year, Sabbatini 2nd at New Orleans and 8th at Verizon Heritage.)
