4 missed cuts in a row in this event doesn't look promising, but look a little deeper and you see that they occurred between 2002 and 2005, or 'the wilderness years' in Stricker's career. Back in the late 90's, he managed a 6th and 14th here. 

His win already this season shows that he is maybe overcoming his contention frailties.

 

A strong record in this event, including 4th place last year. His form this season has been solid, without being spectacular. Staking for a bigger potential payout as I view this as more of a trade than an outright bet and will be looking to hedge at shorter prices if he gets in to contention.
