He has held the lead after the first round on 14 previous occasions (11 on the PGA Tour) and has finished the 2nd round still in the top-5 in 11 of those 14 occasions; when leading after 36 holes he has remained the top-5 the next day in 11 of 12 occasions. The last time that he was in this position - 2010 Travelers Championship - he followed up his 64 with 62, so I'd expect another good score today. Opposing Garcia who admitted to being tired after his round yesterday. He has played in 13 of the last 20 weeks - on both sides of the Atlantic - and was " looking forward to get it done and go home and relax". He can't relax yet as he needs to improve his current 7th place position to at least 4th to make it next week's Tour Championship. This has certainly been a comeback year for Garcia - he ranks 7th in Scoring Average on the PGA Tour this year (he was 113th last year) - but Donald has still finished ahead of him in all but one common PGA Tour event this year. With no pressure on Donald, other than finishing ahead of Webb Simpson to narrow the gap in the Money List, he should shoot another low round today.
