2-2; -2.00pts (system plays: 6-10-2) Round 1 play (2pts): Vijay Singh to beat Charles Howell +100 @ 5Dimes LOST by 3 Round 2 play (4pts): Matt Kuchar to beat Charl Schwartzel +105 @ Bet365 LOST by 3 [unofficial rd2 system plays: Stricker tb Singh -182 (L); Lunde tb Steele -135 (L); Watney tb Schwartzel -155 (L); Stricker tb Johnson D +100 (L); Moore tb Sabbatini -120 (W); Watney tb Day -120 (W); Watney tb Johnson D -109 (W)] Round 3 play (2pts): Geoff Ogilvy to beat Andres Romero -105 @ The Greek [available generally] WON by 3 Ogilvy started strongly yesterday morning and looked as though he could catch the leaders, before dropping back on the back nine. With a course record that reads 6th, 7th and 2nd in three of the last four years here, I would expect him to start strongly again and perhaps shoot the low score to get him back into contention. [unofficial rd3 system plays: Kuchar tb Johnson D +120 (L); Johnson Z tb Garcia +120 (W); McNeill tb Stanley +100 (L); Scott tb Watney -111 (T)] Round 4 play (2pts): Luke Donald to beat Phil Mickelson -110 @ Paddy Power WON by 2 Mickelson shot the low round of the day, but he still didn't look entirely convincing with the long putter - he holed just one putt from outside 4-feet - and it does help if you can hole out fro hte thick rough on the 12th with a 7-iron. Just two shots off the lead, it would be very surprising if the World #1 didn't pose a stronger challenge than Mickelson. Donald is the most consistent player in golf and, as well as ranking 1st in many categories, he ranks 2nd in Final Round Scoring Average. [unofficial rd4 system plays: Donald tb Simpson -120 (L); Johnson D tb Mickelson -115 (L); Kelly tb Steele -105 (T); Watney tb Fowler -108 (L); Kelly tb Reavie -125 (L); Donald tb Scott -120 (W); Simpson tb Woodland +100 (W)] |
