results 0-5 -14.16 pts. 6 point swing with kim w/d. something tells me he was a bit too involved in the NBA all star festivities nearby Stake 4.56 pts Brandt Snedeker -114 over Jhonnathan Vegas (Pinnacle) loss I am surprised Snedeker hasn't had better finishes at this venue because it is very traditional, like Brandt's game. He has a t20 a year ago and had back to back top 10's prior to last weeks missed cut. I like Vegas to once again miss the cut as you can't overpower Riviera and Vegas' game is still one dimensional. In time he may be a great talent but at this time I think it's a bit premature. Stake 3pts Anthony Kim +100 over Jim Furyk (TheGreek)loss Jim has never been a west coast kind of guy as evident by his back to back missed cuts this season. He thrives in the eastern part of the country during summertime. Meanwhile, Kim is a L.A. native and has played well early on this season. Kim has some form at Riviera with a t9 on his debut in 2007. Stake 2.6 pts Rory Sabbatini -130 over Louis Oosthuzen (5dimes) loss Rory is quietly having a very nice start to 2011 with t13, t22 and t15 in three of five starts. He has always played great here with four top tens incudinga win. Oosthuizen is making his debut here after a mediocre middle east swing, withhealth questions still lingering. This is also a very rare PGA Tour start for Louis as he has played in only two standard PGA Tour events (non-majors or non-wgc) one mcd and one 73rd finish. Stake 2pts Andres Romero +120 over Jhonnathan Vegas (extrabet) loss Romero is not in the best of current form but that doesn't seem to bother him when he plays Riviera as he has finshed inside the top 5 the past two seasons. Stake 2pts Alex Prugh +115 over Sean O'hair (5dimes) loss Another player who struggles on the west coast against one who thrives. Prugh had a brilliant west coast last season that include a t10 in his debut at Riviera. O'hair has shot over par in all of his three starts.
