RESULT: 0-5, -5.01 adding: BACK Ryan Palmer to win 100pts @170 (i.e. stake 0.59pts) ------------------ BACK Bubba Watson to win 50pts @28 (i.e. stake 1.85pts) BACK Jason Day to win 100pts @90 (i.e. stake 1.12pts) BACK Robert Garrigus to win 100pts @100 (i.e. stake 1.01pts) BACK Kyle Stanley to win 100pts @230 (i.e. stake 0.44pts) A monster of a course means length should be extremely important this week, and so have whittled the short list down to these 4 - ranked 1st, 7th, 2nd and 6th respectively in the field for driving distance. Jason Day seems to produce some of his best golf in the North Eastern states/at this stage of the season - he was 2nd and 8th at Congressional in the 2011 US Open and 2012 AT&T - a course with some parallels to Bethpage in that it was another very long US Open course now used on the regular tour. He also has a strong record over the years in the Barclays and Deutsche Bank play off events which are held on various courses in the MA/NY/NJ area. |
