R1 MB @ 0.5 Pts, bets at Sporting Index, unless otherwise stated.

Sell Thomas Bjorn over Scott Stallings at 5, M/U -19, Profit 12 Pts
Bjorn returns to Augusta as his form over the last 18 months has improved immensely. In his eight starts since 1999, he has missed 4 cuts and never finished better than 18th, beating par only seven times in twenty four rounds. Stallings, meanwhile, is a debutant with poor 2012 form with only 1 made cut in 6 events with a cut line, but at least that cut made was his last event. All in all, a 5 point start is fair value.

Sell Phil Mickelson over Peter Hanson at 8 @ Spreadex, M/U -28, Profit 18 Pts
Hanson has a great record in the tough US Open major but has only one start here, missing the cut last year with a 72 and 76 over the first two days. Given he has now played the course competitively we can hope that he improves this year. Mickelson obviously is back at probably his favourite event of the year and coming into it he has got over a small dip in form to finish 4th in Houston last week. This is about price though and in my opinion 8 is a touch high over 18 holes even if I fully expect Mickelson to be well ahead over 72 holes.

R2 MB @ 0.5 Pts, Sporting Index unless stated.

Sell Thomas Bjorn over Scott Stallings at 4, M/U 13, Loss 4.5 Pts
No reason not to go in again on a bet that won 12 pts for one point less than we did yesterday.

Sell Fred Couples over Darren Clarke at 7, M/U 52, Loss 22.5 Pts
There were a lot of injury concerns over Clarke but he played well yesterday to shoot 73, one less than Couples. Couples is an obvious pick at Augusta given his record but a 7pt handicap on a guy in his mid 50's just seems too big to resist.

Sell Paul Lawrie over Anders Hansen at 2 (Spreadex) M/U 0, Profit 1 Pt
A 7 stroke win for Lawrie yesterday but 2-5 is a slight over reaction to that and there is value at 2, although no less.

4pt Profit (3-2-0)
