Update after round 3:

BACK Bryce Molder to win 15pts @15.5  (i.e. stake 1.03pts)
BACK Pat Perez to win 15pts @17.5  (i.e. stake 0.91pts)

Not much joy from the pre-event backs, but these two look a bit overpriced going in to the last round. I think they are being somewhat overlooked due to the big names around them - the biggest of whom, Mickelson, really rode his luck yesterday. Meanwhile Perez did very well to recover from a disasterous early 3 putt and 4 putt - perhaps showing he has found a new composure to control his previously volcanic temprement. After an opening 74 Molder has shot 67 66 so has momentum on his side and after finally getting his first tour win at the back end of last season he hopefully shouldn't be too daunted by the occasion and playing in the final group.

-------------------------------------------------

BACK Charles Howell to win 100pts @75  (i.e. stake 1.35pts)
BACK John Senden to win 100pts @100  (i.e. stake 1.01pts)
BACK KT Kim to win 100pts @210  (i.e. stake 0.48pts)
BACK Stewart Cink to win 100pts @340  (i.e. stake 0.29pts)

Howell has of course won here before, amongst other high finishes. Started the season with a 2nd place in Hawaii and has been ok since then - perhaps just under the radar enough to get this sort of price here.
Senden followed up a decent start in Hawaii with 6th place at the Bob Hope. This is a course where Australians have gone well before.
Kim played here last year, although he missed the cut the experience will help. He may still turn out to be the best of the current crop of young players from the far east.
Cink hit a shocking 83 in the opening round at Phoenix before withdrawing, although it seems to have just been a bad day at the office rather than any injury problem, and he was -2 for his 2nd round before deciding to leave for home when darkness stopped play for the day. Hasn't missed the cut in 11 starts here and says he loves the course. Hopefully will be motivated to make amends for the bruised ego he left Phoenix nursing.
