1.5pts KJ Choi 60

1pt Marc Leishman 100

1pt Ryo Ishikawa 190

KJ Choi has a really solid track record at Riviera with 4 top 10 finishes and no missed cuts from 12 starts. Even more impressively he has also led the key GIR category on three occasions over that period aswell as finishing in the top 10 in that statistic a further 4 times. The only missing piece in the jigsaw (a key one admittedly!) is his putting. There have been definite signs of improvement recently though (he was 9th in putting avaerage at the Farmers) and given the strength of his tee to green game in LA he must be on the shortlist.

I'm perhaps sounding like a broken record when it comes to Leishman but I'm again confident that he's well over-priced. Australians have a decent track record round Riviera and the Leishman has shown enough signs of promise with two top 20 finishes from 4 starts. With 2 runners up finishes in California already in his burgeoning career he's well worth persevering with.

On the face of it Ishikawa's record at Riviera is nothing to write home about but his missed cut in 2009 can easily be forgiven as it was his first ever PGA Tour start and he did start strongly in 2010. He's showing definite signs of a return to form and he also looks far too long at 190.
