Finishes of 9th and 20th so far in both starts this year are indicators of form for Finau, but on both occasons he was priced at higher odds than this, even in the Tournament of Champions with just 32 in the field, so I do think that there is value here to oppose a player who has just one top-6 finish on the PGA Tour
Johnston secured a name for himself in last year's Open Championship, but there is little evidence that he can be competitive on this Tour where he has a best finish of 42nd
Harrington has won on this Tour, but just three top-20 finishes in the last three seasons suggests that he is typically a player to oppose at this stage of the tournament, particularly when he has played here just once in the last seven years

The odds look very short on Rahm who may be only three shots behind, but is outside the top-20.
Whereas Rahm hasn't played in this event previously, English finished 2nd two years ago and he is a shot closer to the lead than Rahm, but he has missed the cut in each of his last three PGA Tour starts so confidence should be rather low.
DeLaet is alongside Rahm and more appropriately priced for this position. Like DeLaet, he has also finished 2nd in this event (2014), but missed his previous cut in 2017 so will need to improve his form considerably if he is to challenge over the weekend
Another alongside Rahm and outside the top-20, Mullinax is another to oppose as he seeks his first top-20 finish on this Tour
And one more starting the day outside the top-20, Tringale also missed the cut in his opening event of 2017 and has a poor recent record in this event - 66th, 69th, mc in the last three years - so he is another to oppose
