I am going to stick with Bubba for another week as I think he is getting close – as alluded to last week where he had two very good rounds – notably the first round again as he did in Canada
He hasn’t played the course since the green changes but was 2^nd here in 2009 and I don’t think the change will inconvenience him

Webb Simpson 0.4 ew 100/1 Betfair Sportsbook and Paddy Power 1/5 8

The old chestnut rises it’s head – does being local help a player? Simpson was born in Raleigh and lives in Charlotte
Well I don’t think it poses a problem to Simpson who has been 2^nd and 4^th here before and won his first PGA tour event at Sedgefield
As noted above he has two top four finishes here and in eight attempts has been 1/4/4 after the opening round

James Hahn 0.4 ew 125/1  Paddy Power 1/5 8

Has the course form – well he won here in 2016 the last time the course was used on the PGA tour and his only Web.com win came just down the road in Raleigh

Robert Streb 0.4 ew 150/1 Betfair Sportsbook and Paddy Power 1/5 8

Streb caught my eye as being only one of four players to have back to back top tens in this event in the last two years
He led here in 2015 en route to a 4^th placed finish

Lastly just a small play on another local player who is first out on Thursday
