Justin Rose has a history of playing well in majors. His major record since the beginning of 2015 reads 2-27-6-4-10-MC-22-22-2. This season he's finished tied-fifth or better in 4/11 tournaments. As a former winner of the U.S. Open, I anticipate another bold showing.
Jon Rahm has played some outstanding golf this season. He showed that his win at Torrey Pines was no fluke by placing tied-fifth or better in half of his tournaments since then. His missed cut in the Memorial wasn't great but he followed up from his only other MC of the season (Sawgrass - so not unusual for a debutant) by finishing second at Colonial.
Two wins at the start of the year highlighted what a force Justin Thomas has become. He has continued to play well albeit sporadically. He proved his well being by finishing tied-fourth at Muirfield Village last time out.
