Will be away for most of the week with limited internet access, so no time for write-ups this week

Emerald Coast Classic

Outright plays (2 units):

Gil Morgan to win 12/1 e.w. @ Five Dimes, William Hill, Paddy Power, Boyle and Stan James
Former winner (2000) and has yet to finish outside the top-10 since the opening event of the year.

Eamonn Darcy to win 25/1 e.w. @ William Hill
No course form, but finished 2nd in his only Champions Tour start to date. Large price for someone so impressive on their debut.

Jim Thorpe to win 33/1 e.w. @ SkyBet and Five Dimes
Average course form, but is playing well and has finished in the top-5 in two of last four events.

Morgan 9th
Darcy 15th
Thorpe 59th

Ouch! A huge loss on this event, but it could have been very different. Morgan had been the 1st round leader and in contention throughout and both the pivotal 6-unit matchups were leading in the final nine holes, but collapsed. Could have been a very profitable event, so at least there is hope that it can be reversed next week.
