Stadler held a healthy lead in this match on Sunday, but when Irwin shot 7-under-par for the least eleven holes, it was  costly for the matchup as well as the outright plays.

Just don't make these two equal. Stadler has finished ahead of Irwin in four of their last five common events and the only time that he lost, Irwin had to win the event as he finished one shot back in 2nd place. And then there's the course form. Not only has Stadler finished well ahead of Irwin on both occasions, but he averages over two shots per round better around this course. Five Dimes are closer to the 'true' line in making Stadler a clear favourite.
