A poorer field yet only a slightly shorter price than last week despite him being the impressive winner.
Made the play-off here last year and I thought 7/1 was a decent price. There has to be little risk in taking the 8/1.

Lay advice:
5 pts @ 8.8 Trevor Immelman @ Betfair:
A disappointing result on this trade. After the initial advice, when Coral were outstanding in going 8/1, Hills joined in at that price and then Chandlers very surprisingly went 8/1 from 7/1. So with 3 big firms now going that price we should just be happy to get out level. Hopefully 8.8 will be OK to close it out (but go to 9 if necessary) and would at least give us the 1 pt win at slightly enhanced odds of 9/1.

Update: You should have had no problem laying off at 8.8 since the advice .. we have 1 pt Immelman 9/1.
 

Summary:

A 1 pt loss although we briefly had a hope when he started the final round 5 under par for the first five holes. He was too far back to start with though, and a poor finish on day one and a disappointingly low-key day in round two were the reasons.
